comment IIS 8.5 with Exchange 2013 creates and sends old intermideate certificate to client
Your CA should be able to tell you what Intermediate to use and how to install/configure it. Contact their support.

comment Active Directory Log on To… setting keeps resetting Windows Server 2012
I would look to see if you have some automated script that changes those settings.

comment Does UPS Rack Position Matter
Remember that a lot of mass at a high center of gravity will make the cabinet unstable. The lower the better for the heavy items for safety reasons mainly but also think about when you need to replace the batteries on the UPS system.

comment SCCM App Catalog won't install applications if started as user other than the one logged in
You want to use the user initiated install process without approvals and without the actual users installing it? I guess you would just deploy it to your IT technician ad group and have them logout the user and login with it.

You don't need administrative rights to install software via the application catalog. The regular privilege account should just login to windows open the catalog and install. System center will use the account it's configured to use to install the software.

comment Updating Exchange 2010 from SP1 to SP3
I don't think so, SP3 makes schema changes to activedirectory. You need to verify you can connect to the domain controllers and you have the necessary permissions to make schema changes. If the prereq check is failing, you need to address that.

comment How do I stop Dell R730xd fans from going full speed when Broadcom/QLogic NetXtreme 57711 PCI card added?
Verify the chassis lid is properly secured. If the sensor thinks the chassis is open, the fans will run at full speed.

comment Is SNMP still used widely as of 2015?
Nonsense, SNMPv3 is used by anyone concerned with security and compliance. It doesn't have the install base as v2, but it is coming around.

comment I see my clients in AD but not in WSUS
If you put that url into a web browser, it should download a cab file if the WSUS server is setup correctly and that URL is correct. I would also use a fqdn instead of just a hostname.
