comment ls hangs for a certain directory
ls hung for me on getdents() for a certain directory. The issue resolved itself after I unmounted, ran xfs_check, ran xfs_repair, and remounted even though no issues were found.

@c4f4t0r Thanks, that lvextend syntax worked! I'll accept if you submit it as an answer. (I'm partitioning on a LUN because that's what Consistent Performance iSCSI looks like when attached as a multipath device in the Softlayer cloud environment. I'm happy to be corrected/informed.)

comment iscsiadm discovery gives this error: “Try `iscsiadm --help' for more information.”
That also gives me "Try `iscsiadm --help' for more information." and exit code 7.
