It's not working either. One thing that I forgot to mention is that the HTTP parameter is coming as "CF-IPCountry" (with - dash) but according to Nginx documentation, dashes need to be converted to underscore and uppercase characters need to converted to lowercase in config files.

That is right, according to documentation it is not possible. What I am trying to do is to server different content based on the the geographic location of the users. I need to find a workaround this. Any suggestions?
