Thanks for the link. Looks like that's the info I need. Additionally, and this may actually be a different question entirely, but is all of this virtualhost config just as pertinent if the server itself does not have a public IP?, but rather a router forwards requests to a LAN IP?

If I'm reading yours and @Nathan's, answers correctly, you seem to be disagreeing on where the catch-all goes. Am I reading that correctly?

@Zoredache, the router is running 12.2. The ZFW features look very useful. Unfortunately, out of my reach. Is what I'm looking to do actually possible with ACLs? or am I looking to do something not possible to accomplish with ACLs?

@Zoredache, I think you may have misunderstood. I want only a few people in the world to access the box, plus all internal employees.

@HopelessN00b, fwiw, I've not heard a single complaint about facebook. It's just cultural at this point I guess, and as for the other time sinks, until there is reason to implement something more draconian, I'll keep with the honor system.
