I've updated the question. None of those worked.

I've edited the hook and replaced the %1 and %2 variables with actual static values and it didn't work. Same error =(

I said that manually running the VisualSVNServerHooks.exe using cmd.exe works fine. Please read the whole question.

comment How to change the default instance of SQL Server?
I decided to uninstall the SQL2000. So now I have one named instance of sql2005... if I run the setup I should be able to install a sql2005 as the default instance right? But then I need to move everything from the named instance to the fresh new default instance. Any idea how to do that quick and easy?

Mmm no... I think we could live without SQL2000, later if we need it, then we can install it as a named instance... So... I need to uninstall both sql 2000 and 2005 and install 2005 as a default instance. How can I backup the databases, logins, agent schedules etc???

How is my SVN authentication configured? I don't really know =P We' always used VisualSVN which creates its own groups/users... don't really know the underlying stuff going on there. Can you give me a way to know how it's configured?

Mmm I see this error from today several times. Failed to load the AuthzSVNAccessFile: An authz rule refers to group '@Algo2', which is undefined [client <ip>] Algo2 was a group we had, but we deleted a few months ago I think. Maybe that has broken the AuthzSVNAccessFile??? Any ideas?

Mmm, I don't think authentication/authorization database has changed. We use VisualSVN authentication, don't know what LDAP is...

And yes, I've tried navigating the repository via several ways. Tortoise, command prompt, firefox/chrome... nothing.. same error.

Oh, I misunderstood you. Well... we don't use any anti-virus for our dev server. Windows firewall is off. Automatic updates was set to automatically (I've set now to ask me first, but of course it won't fix the problem). I've tried shutting down other services that may cause port conflicts, also I changed the port of the SVN and change https to http. None of this have worked...

Really? Updating your antivirus solved the problem? Gees... this seems like a problem with random solutions.

comment HELP! Production DB was SQL INJECTED!
I've googled a lot to see if I can denied access to sysobjects and syscolumns but it says that it couldn't be done.... so, that won't help. I have found the vulnerable page that was used to inject sql, so we fixed it. Anyway, I'll take a look at UrlScan, seems a great tool, even though I've just read the summary description. Thanks

Thanks, it almost worked... but we've got some text columns trunked.. so... restoring the latest backup is the only solution

That's whay I was saying (I'm the one who asked the question on stackoverflow).... I don't know why they have moved it here.... Btw, my account here doesn't seem to be related to my account on SO (even though I DID relate them on accounts page).. so I don't have control to this question... is owned by nobody... and I repeat... this should haven't been moved to here since is totally code related.....
