comment CleanMgr can nolonger be installed on server 2012 R2
I just tried these two Windows 2012 R2 SP1 Server. BUT on the first with desktop experience installed (the full bloatware) I have the option to perform many other features for example "Windows Update Cleanup", "Error Reportings" or "Logfiles". I do not have these options when I only copy the mentioned two files, so it looks like we miss some more then...

comment Check deletion rights on AD object via powershell?
Yes I found that snipplet already. But its not working, if you will try to use -contains it means you NEED be directly added to that object. If you use AD groups, which is the case in most AD environments it will never work as you need to go true all groups at first. So this isn´t really the solution.

comment Block ActiveSync (only externaly, allow internally) but allow OAW/OWA (externally and internally) on Exchange
hm i see ok, then this might not work. The users are very communicative. If they found out it works for one user then they spread it arround :-/

That sounds to easy, could it be really so easy? :-) Will that really block the user from using that then or its only "hidden"?

comment Domino error, SMTP: SSL bad peer certificate. Connection refused
Additional to the above make sure you aren´t the one who enforce TLS and have a fallback in place. This can be configured via the Notes.ini entry RouterFallbackNonTLS

comment Resources in Resource reservation database is not added to clubusy in IBM Notes
Is the resource DB replicated? See this link here. Make also sure that the replication works ... you can see that in the history. Make also sure that the RnRMgr task is running as mentioned in the URL above.

And did you checked the solution mentioned here? Is the ACL from the mailfile correct? That means are BOTH servers in it with full access?

comment Is it proper way to change domino name?
If you swap the IDs on the server, make sure that NO database is encrypted (that's a feature controlled per DB). The ID from the server is used to encrypt server DBs (if you use the server DB encryption feature), so if you swap only the ID and leave the files (e.g. the *.nsf) in place the DB will be no longer readable. I would prefer to create a new server and then replicate all the content to it instead of swapping the server ID only. Otherwise you need to swap the ID back to the old one if you see that a DB open will cause issues because of the encryption.
