Atleast on OSX, scp doesn't show any progress bar by default as it uses cp under the hood when local files are involved.

ActivePython also provides modwsgi binaries on Linux: code.activestate.com/pypm/modwsgi-apache2.2 -- which is exactly what code.activestate.com uses.

Apparently dump -H is not reporting the full path to dependent modules. It is only showing the base filenames along with the library search paths.
