That was not actually written in the OP! Anyway, now that I know what you're actually looking for, the question is answerable.

They connect to CloudFlare, and after they finish that annoying captcha, CloudFlare sends you their IP in the CF-Connecting-IP header. That still doesn't explain why you want CloudFlare's IP! I thought you were trying to determine if the user was a Tor user.

Say what? What does CloudFlare's IP address have to do with it?

CloudFlare doesn't run any Tor exit nodes. So I don't think you need to do anything else.

Your screenshot is so obvious that it really should not need further explanation. What have you tried? What problem did you have?

Those are the instructions, and it looks perfectly clear. What is the confusing part? Just put in the info that it told you to do.

@kasperd You keep omitting the extended status code and associated text. Without them, your statements are utterly irrelevant to either this question or answer.

comment 554 5.7.1 unknown recipitent
@kasperd I looked at Gmail's response, and it doesn't seem that you viewed the entire response. It begins... 550-5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. Which, while not the ideal response, is perfectly valid, and corresponds to what I said above. A local postfix server returns: 554 5.7.1 <nobody@nowhere.com>: Relay access denied which is also correct.

comment Problems installing pdftk on CentOS7 - libgcj issues
Don't use pdftk; it's under a non-free license, and gcj is a dead project, which are the two major reasons why pdftk isn't included in CentOS anymore. If you have something that requires pdftk, yell at its author until they fix it to use some other library.

@kasperd Google overall has a pretty cavalier attitude toward RFCs, so I'm not sure that's the best example.
