comment stack.sh - OpenStack installation failed
Why are you trying to use Debian? If you want an OpenStack that actually works, try RDO on CentOS or Fedora.

comment Pushing docker to a production
docker-compose has several issues which make it unsuitable for production, such as 1218, 1174, another bug I can't find right now because I can't search encrypted email, and possibly others. Overall, deployment is something that needs much more attention before Docker is widely used.

comment CentOS 7 disable predictable network interface names during install
Well, you can't expect VirtualBox to be consistent. It's not like that's a serious virtualization platform.

comment CentOS 7 disable predictable network interface names during install
All of those comments applied (1) to the beta, and (2) to virtual machines. They have long since been fixed.

If possible you should avoid doing this entirely. Predictable network device names have many advantages over the old system, especially for administrators.

comment Apache Module blocking access to FTP
Again, you should seek assistance from Parallels support for this Plesk-related issue.

comment Random Post on 404 url nginx
Not an nginx issue. WordPress does a search if there isn't an exact match to the URL and that is the closest match. If you delete or rename the page /category-of-shoes you should start seeing your 404 page.

comment FreeRADIUS 3 and Wildcard Certs
These are basically BYOD devices, then? In that case, you should have students install the server certificate. This is a bit of a pain on XP, Vista and Windows 7 clients, which need to be set up in advance; anything else (8/8.1, iOS, Android) will import the server certificate the first time the user signs in. Note that you can't use public or wildcard certificates anyway as Windows will reject them. For a student network I'd maintain a separate CA for this anyway.

Does your domain not use its own certificates by its own CA? You should use these, if possible.

There's always FreeDOS, too, which should run virtually everything you might want.

comment Enabling Qemu/KVM Filesystem Passthrough Centos 7
I didn't bother; I just use an NFSv4/TCP server to share files with Linux guests, and Samba to share with Windows guests. The official word from Red Hat is that 9p is a steaming pile of crap.

comment How can I run docker on windows server 2008 r2 running in vmware?
@Chopper3 ESXi doesn't fully support being nested until 6.0. 5.5 has some partial support but VMware won't talk to you about it unless you're on 6.0.
