if you have exported /media/data/ on the server how you can expect that changes in /data/ will be visible on the client? /data/ is not a subdirectory of /media

your nfs traffic reaches the nfs server. Check the export file. You server sees client packes coming from e different IP address and rejects the mount request.

try to run rpc.gssd by hand. On RHEL systems you need additionally SECURE_NFS="yes". May be it's not required for ubuntu as well.

The problem is that your nfs server can't map uid 107 to a valid name and already sends 'nobody'.
