Hi and thx. So manual ip configuration is needed that both ip addresses are in the same subnet, then they can reach each other? (Yes they are in the same layer-2 network)

The solution should be small and low on cpu usage. We only need to transfer some characters. Device + pc are always in the same (sub)net.
