comment Upgrading Redmine, activerecord-mysql2-adapter not working
bundle install does not fix the issue. I am upgrading from 1.0.1 to 2.1.2. I have updated the question with the version info and output from bundle install. Following the instructions in the first link is how I ran into this issue.

comment Installed Redmine, now phpmyadmin results in “Cannot start Ruby on Rails application”
Geez, I'm pulling my hair out for an hour moving directories around and modifying Apache configurations, and this one line is all I needed. Thanks a million

comment Configure VirtualHost to Rewrite HTTP://subdomain… to HTTPS://internaldirectory
The rewrite did not work, but I used a redirect like in the link you provided that is redirecting all http://redmine.example.us requests to https://redmine.example.us at the appropriate directory, and I added a virtualhost config in my default-ssl file that references ServerName redmine.example.us to the DocumentRoot /var/www/redmine. However, I am having a new issue: serverfault.com/questions/447600/…
