K thank you Shane, a weird think also if I do "ssh -i /home/userx/keys.pem -t -t ec2-user@10.100.2.151 'uname'", it's working without trouble (got Linux)

i don't get why because the public key has been copied from the local machine to the the .ssh folder on the user file on the server i checked it
