Command systemctl --full --all -t service list-unit-files can list required unit file. However, it is still not the actual full service name which can be used for systemctl's commands start, stop, ...

@ciphor, I've added links with samples. All you need is to read environment variable from your CGI script to get input. The topic goes pretty far: security, web-server configuration, sample programs to do this and that, etc. I hope it can get you started.

It was also my first guess. But it didn't satisfy me. The list is too long containing master and slave links altogether.
