comment Deleting Users and their redirected data
Having worked in education, I would use caution in automating large deletions. We normally had people broken down by grade level, so you can just prune a directory that had all the student subfolders for that graduating class. The same can be done in AD by deleting a grade level OU.

comment Does hole punching require a UDP rendezvous server Or could it be a TCP one?
Most home routers should be able to open a series of UDP ports for a direct connection if that's the route you want to take (which is better than trying to proxy). Look at the settings page for your NAT routers.

comment Does hole punching require a UDP rendezvous server Or could it be a TCP one?
So your actual question is that you have User A on one network, User B on another network, and you both see a server on a third network, and want to stream a VOIP connection by proxying through the third network?

What are you trying to do in the end? Share a file, connect to a file share, chat,...? What application are you serving?

comment restrict ip traffic to a user
@JeffFerland probably because assigning an IP to a user instead of device could have bad breaky-type side effects in practical use down the road, I would think.

Given that you're asking for three versions of Windows server, and it sounds like you've not checked documentation before asking...is this some kind of homework question, honestly?

comment Directory Security failing with Chrome Browser
Create a "test account" on the machine, so it's completely fresh and empty. Run Chrome. Browse to directory. Does it work? If it asks for a password, then something is caching somewhere.

comment Retrieve data from the failed Windows Server on Rackspace Cloud Server
Has anyone else had this issue with Rackspace? Probably. It happens to any provider. Hosting in the cloud isn't really magic and doesn't automatically provide 100% uptime and reliability; this is why you need to engineer your solution for redundancy and include backups as an integral part of your business. If you make money off the machines hosted, you need to take into account disaster recovery!

comment How do i create a 'layer' in between my router and a user connecting to it
If you didn't understand anything you were reading about captive portals, you may want to hire a consultant who does. Otherwise you're in WAY over your head with the kind of IT knowledge you sound like you'd need if you're deploying this in many sites.

comment ESXi5 - management services crashes - vms running
I'd consider it a step in diagnosis...if it continues to crash shortly after restarting, you may have a problem. If it seems stable after restarting, it could have been a fluke.
