That's a good idea. I'll have my coworker who is in contact with Staples ask that question. Immediately after posting my last comment, I realized the ISP DNS Log wouldn't help because it would be our external IP. Argh

Shoot, you are correct. That is not enabled... Is it likely that an ISP would log DNS? I may check with them...

Thanks MDMarra, we have talked to some folks at Staples.com and they gave us the IP Address of the person who ordered it. It is definitely our office IP. It was ordered by a gmail.com address. If you put the address into the Gmail.com Contacts list, it will show the first and last name of the person. The first/last name is "Row Lowe".

comment How to configure Cisco VPNUI shortcut to open a specific host?
I know this is an old post, I just wanted to say thank you djangofan and Shane for the question/answer. I was hoping it supported some command line arguments, but I ended up doing option #2 and making a .BAT file to handle my preferences.xml. I'm going to look into the vpncli.exe option when I get some time.

comment installing a second instance of SQL Server 2008
Did you leave any of the service accounts blank? It seems like its complaining about a blank user

comment Can we restart a SQL Server instance remotely?
I realize this is an old post, but I'm trying to get this to work with SQL 2008 R2. I'm connecting remotely with my Windows account and I am a sysadmin, but my start, restart, stop, etc options are disabled when I right click on the instance from Management Studio. I had to change the instance to "Mixed Mode" auth, but I can't seem to restart it. Any ideas? Thanks
