I am an Information Security Engineer at a large non-IT industry company. I have been working in the IT field for 10 years. My role is more focused on higher-level stuff, like policy development, risk analysis, and auditing, and less on day-to-day implementation tasks, like log monitoring and vulnerability scanning.

I am also a semi-professional full-stack web developer. My primary languages are PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and MySQL. I am currently developing a new website and iOS app to help rock climbers track their climbs and session to help them get stronger.

If you can ssh into the server and get to the directory that the CSS file is in, do a ls -al and see what the full filename and extension of the file is. As thelastshadow suggested, maybe the file got messed up during transfer?

Yeah, I can't see how it would be a CI issue either, especially if the application was working fine on a when on another Apache server (even if it was a shared server).
