@JohnGardeniers: I saw they practice a lot of rewrites when they remove link. Plus they realize - they did bad job by causing dead links. Much better lately. =)

In your (dirtier option) - I don't need to "first manually verify". If I have date and time of the last port installation (which was like day ago), I can surely remove all packages after this date and time? Isn't it true?

@ChristopherPerrin: Does it really matter? Even if there are 10 dependencies, it's nice to have a way to roll them back. Try any gaming port which uses X11.

How do I customize fastcgi_param SCRIPT_FILENAME /home/user/domain.tld$fastcgi_script_name; so it's not the same for every site? Also root specified under location in default nginx.conf-dist
