comment Ubuntu 12.04 - Issue with routing between ethernet and bond/bridge
Looks like you have set bond-primary and bond-master inside the bonded interface itself. I don't know if that will have any negative impacts but seems logically incorrect. Also post your ARP table by running arp -a. There may be some entries in there that is causing this confusion causing these logs to occur. A reboot or arp flush may fix things here. To work around all this (not recommended), disable reverse path filtering in /etc/sysctl.conf. net.ipv4.conf.default.rp_filter=0 and net.ipv4.conf.all.rp_filter=0

comment Why does tmux bind externally accessible ports?
Looking at the output of netstat -l how are you sure that it is tmux, as the output of that command doesn't even shown the associated process name. You need the -p switch for that.

comment Can someone using the same DNS server as me hijack my domains?
As @Barmar said above most registrars also provide DNS hosting, which avoids the problem you described, even though the scenario seems unlikely and trivial to resolve.

comment Do some network administrators assign MAC addresses with an unassigned OUI?
I do realize this is a violation of those requirements. I am just trying to get a sense of how often this is done and why the OUI assigned to VMWare, Redhat, etc... for virtualization purposes aren't used.

comment ISP broadcasting all IP-packets, so I can see traffic of other clients from ISP
I also was under the impressions that all cable ISPs use BPI these days.
