comment Run windows 2008 but keep display running
@MDMarra I know this is an old question, but Windows won't render anything to the screen without an RDP session. It might be more accurate to say there is no screen to render to.

comment Why are Amazon OpsWorks operations so slow?
Probably depends on your target OS that you're trying to setup. I imagine a Windows-based system would take far longer to setup than something from the Linux realm.

comment Explain load-balancing with Nginx like I'm five
So from the sounds of it, it's not simply a matter of adding more backends as the need arises, but front-ends too?

comment Apache2 Doesn't Serve Subdomain Alias
Serhiy you gave me a huge push in the right direction. Looked up my domain on whois and found out it was being hosted by GoDaddy. I'll give them a call to setup a DNS for the subdomain. Thanks.

comment Apache2 Doesn't Serve Subdomain Alias
Thanks, I did a little detective work and found out my website was being hosted by godaddy. I'll give them a call so they can setup a subdomain for me.

I didn't realize that was something that even had to be done, I figured Apache2 handled all of that behind the scenes. I'll look into this a little further first.

How do I make it resolvable? Is that something I can do in my VirtualHost?

comment Apache2 Doesn't Serve Subdomain Alias
I have no problem pininging the website without the subdomain. I was under the impression if I just added a sub-domain prefix to my original domain as an alias in my virtualhost apache2 would automatically take it from there. Are there other steps involved?
