comment Crontab Certain Days of Week Colliding
The only question I would have for you is -- when you say "Midnight", are you thinking about "that night" or "that morning"? For a computer "Monday at midnight" is right after "Sunday at 11:59pm". Is that perhaps the source of your confusion?

comment SSH via Any IP for Specific Username?
You seem to be having a layer problem. I don't know the layers completely, but your connection is refused at the network layer, before the software layer has a chance to ask your username. So the answer is probably "no", but I'm not an expert on firewalls and network security.

First and foremost, you need to expand on the statement "It doesn't work."

comment need to figure out this subnet mask please is it correct?
As others have said, you need to learn binary. An IP address has 32 bits. If you have 300 hosts, you require 9 bits to uniquely address them all. 32-9 is 23. A 23-bit netmask is 255.255.254.0

There isn't a "general" answer to this question. You can also ask "where on a car's dashboard will I find the gas gauge?" but it depends on the car.
