comment linux how to tell the process for a script?
-bash in ps -ef shows a login shells. Maybe another shell is opened? Your scripts maybe exited because in ps -ef you always can see a path to script like this: /bin/bash ./1.sh

comment How to identify which website on my instance is receiving lots of traffic?
Theoretically, the most visited site may be not generating huge traffic. However, for example, in the nginx access logs there is a body_bytes_sent value. One may count it for every single virtual host and then compare the sums.

comment Configuring iptables: blocked out on SSH
Anyway, you can investigate the problem this way: flush iptables counters, then take a look at iptables counters while trying to connect from remote host. Thus you can see what rule exactly are applied to SSH packets.

Just set it like @pupkinsen said. Four SNAT rules.

comment NAT from Pvt ip to PublicIP
Definitely not. If you do not masquerade/SNAT, remote host could not response.

comment NAT from Pvt ip to PublicIP
Without masquerading, source IP in packet header remain local. External host gets it, but it couldn't send responses because local IPs are not routable in Internet.

comment NAT from Pvt ip to PublicIP
Connection tracker should automatically SNAT outgoing packets with only DNAT rules present. However, adding rules you stated explicitly may fix the issue.
