It looks like I should have believed the "Memory DIMM ID of error: 0, Memory channel ID of error: 0" after all. I updated the BIOS and on the next boot, it detected an error with DIMM0/0 and disabled it, and all seems well. I'll try replacing the DIMM.

As an aside, I didn't realize that m0n0wall had resulted in anything like pfSense. Very cool. It looks great. If I can't do anything to reduce my connections I may just ditch this box and go with that.
