I am addicted to software architecture, development processes and customer business analysis. Beside this I try to keep up programming using C#.

During my career I worked 10+ years as a software developer and IT-Consultant before moving to more general, HR and customer oriented tasks. My main motivation comes from empowering our team to build great software and making customers happy.
