I've written a small test page for arguments and it encounters no issues. I'll look into my application as the source of the problem.

There are no .htaccess files in the directory and mod_rewrite is disabled. It's a custom-made PHP system. I'll post the directory tag from the VirtualHost config file.

Strangely, when I manually type in the URL while on the page linking to the error, it fails. Could it be a referrer issue?

It already displays PHP pages, including retrieving data from a MySQL database. However, the URLs are the issue.

Nevermind, I've decided not to use this method. However, this fixed the problem for the other files, so I'll mark it as the solution.

This seems to have worked. However, strangely, I can open some PHP files correctly, but not others. The ones I can't open are the ones I opened before I changed the options. Is there some sort of cache I need to clear?
