I hadn't thought of the problem like this before. Thanks for the insight! I've always just had a gut feeling that this step was kind of impossible or somehow magically handled by the product the website was originally designed to sell.

I was able to activate the copy without any trouble.

I copied the virtual hard drive and created a new Virtual PC on the computer that I copied the virtual disk to.

I'm just using the normal Virtual PC "Open" menu item. Since the integration features are installed, I'm guessing that RDP is involved somehow.
