comment Windows Event Viewer is slow on newer versions of Windows
If the cliche of sifting forums of 1,000 useless answers for just one golden idea a day, even it takes eight hours to find it, Martin's answer is the winner of the week!!!!! That tip and article helped me too and I confirmed it works on Server 2012 too.

comment Traffic backlogged after (D)DoS attack?
"o the best of my knowledge, those unpleasant people are still attacking the old IP. I feel bad for whoever that address gets allocated to." You said that so blithely! I need to get some needle and thread to stitch the ass I just laughed clean off and this comment will prolly get deleted by then, but thank you sincerely for making my evening with that one and stars / upvotes from me abound as a result !

comment Is there an app that can provide details about wifi access point config?
good luck in your new business, and be prepared for the scathing negative and anecdotal reviews from an uninitiated buyer that describes your devices heightened Wifi security broke whatever legacy print server or oldass remote TV adapter. Those reviews will be the ones that define your product. Your current course has too many issues that I can't begin to address in even 50,000 characters and certainly not in 500.
