Evan, that is quite true indeed. It is the eternal question of do-it-yourself versus outsource, and cost is one of the factors that play a role there (there are others though...). That being said, I'll go check out their offering for my own mail server :)

Glenn, there is no such thing as "trust sudo" in my opinion. You need a carefully crafted sudo configuration in the first place, or you could as well leave your box wide open.
