It appears that Stack Exchange has once again proven they don't care about low quality content by making close flags even less effective that they already were. From now on I won't be wasting my time flagging nor downvoting unless something changes for the better.

This isn't surprising, after all, what brings revenue are page views, and post quality doesn't have any direct incidence on that, where as nuking low quality questions or completely preventing them from being posted will turn away a lot of help vampires (with a few rep-whores who feed them) and the page views & ad revenue will plummet.
