1) Implement Active Directory 2) Build and apply group policies that do what you want. Problem solved. Oh, and 3) stop with the inflammatory whining about Windows. If you don't like the product, use something else.

You don't need to do anything specific for that - just create the VIPs and it'll work. Your ISP is already routing your subnet to the WAN address, so there's no requirements on your end other than creating the VIPs.

@musclez Plain and simple, there is no good reason to need a GUI on a Linux server, let alone an entire web browser. If you need to perform http downloads from a server, do it from the command-line with wget or curl.
