comment How to manage rack keys?
Key safes are excellent and in many cases integrate easily into any sort of RFID-enabled badge you may have. We use a Morse Watchman KeyWatcher.

I ask that you revoke your downrate, it does exist in Server 2003. windowsreference.com/windows-server-2003/…

What steps have you taken? The manuals are pretty clear on what you need to do.

Change your passwords to something secure. If you're still getting issues, then your host needs to fix it. Seeing your edit above, definitely not a friendly file. I would also make sure your blog software is updated to the newest security release.

comment What standards should be used for email address names?
I didn't mean SAMAccountName. We used the same system for email. It was not under my responsibilities (nor ability) to change to something better.

comment Best system to serve sqlite databases to webservers over a network?
Adding as Ben S' post is now gone: SQLite isn't really meant for concurrency. Any real client-server DBMS will perform better than a shared SQLite database. If it's not really meant for performance, just an occasional lookup it should be okay.

comment What standards should be used for email address names?
At certain sizes, it's sometimes easier to move to subdomain'd email addresses. e.g. first.last@it.corp.com.
