comment Windows Server 2008 local admin - user has limited rights
In my case I am running a automatic non-interactive build script. There is no way I can "right click".

This is similar to my question[serverfault.com/questions/186039/… One way is to turn off UAC but I am waiting for a better answer as well.

comment Why is using ntrights.exe in Windows Server 2008 R2 giving error openpolicy -1073741790
Using 'Run as administrator' is not an option in this case. This command is actually run as part of automated cruisecontrol.net build. The ccservice is running with a domain service account and that has been granted local admin as well. But we still have to turn UAC off. There must be a way to grant the specific security privilege for to have "grant logon as service" permission to other users.

About 20 on Server 2003. But can vary from 15-25. On XP can vary from 5 - 25.

comment Why is Internet access and Wi-Fi always so terrible at large tech conferences?
While I had no problem with wifi during the teched, one thing was that they set up an open access wifi, without any authentication or security like WPA etc. I don't know if that helps as well in large scale deployment.
