revised How can I verify the heap size startup arguments for an active JVM that's running as a Windows service and loading JVM params from registry?
Trying to rephrase the question to make it more clear.

Thanks. I know for a fact that it's being read from the registry and have found the section in the registry where that's at. I'm wondering how I can confirm from an OS standpoint that the program is actually honoring/using the values in the registry. I'll try to rephrase my question to be more clear. Thanks for the prompt response.

Thank you for the excellent suggestion however it doesn't appear to be passed in the command line as it reads "C:\Program Files (x86)\Foo Vender\Foo.exe" in the command line column. :-(

comment How can I explicitly disable TLS when sending to one specific recipient?
@AndrzejA.Filip That sounds like something that would work. I'm confused on what you mean by "more foolproof and less improvised". This is indeed a production system so if that change would be prone to instability issues, I'd shy away from it.

@AndrzejA.Filip yes but to be clear, I don't want to disable startls for other recipients (even though I'm smart hosting everything to the same downstream host).

Hmmm... I don't think so. I'm trying to verify if a bug exists with a product and in order to do that, I need to prove what the message body looked in in transit as it left Sendmail. Hence why I'm trying to selectively turn off tls but just for this specific message.

How about a ticketing system that monitors a specific email address? That helps with keeping things organized and tracked.
