comment Windows Server Group Policy: Install Software - Activations?
For Adobe products, consult the Creative Suite Enterprise Deployment Guide and AAMEE. For Office, see the Deployment Guide for Admins as well as Understand KMS. For everything else, refer to Katherine's answer below and then read the specific vendor's deployment documentation.

comment How to hide command window at while running powershell script through the task scheduler?
You can come close with a scheduled task that runs the program cmd.exe with the arguments of /C START "" powershell -NoLogo -WindowStyle Hidden "C:\gui.ps1" -- note that the console window will flash (incredibly briefly) and then close whilst the gui.ps1 executes.

comment PowerShell pipe into find.exe command
@Vic The findstr utility does not require double quotes in the /C string parameter: findstr /C:somestring somefile works as does findstr /C:"somestring" somefile. For FIND, the double quotes are required present.

comment DHCP Reservation Without Knowing MAC
@AaronCopley Things like HP's Web Jetadmin can be used to auto configure network printers using policy templates. Not saying that's what OP is using though.
