People shouldn't be asked to provide their own passwords to anyone.

Thanks! I am not sure my employer has upgraded, but if not I will harass them to do so!

I see this file is already in the Office12\ADDINS folder, but I still don't get any actual integration in outlook.

Thanks for the reply. I am a little stuck, though, since I don't know which files are the addin. I tried to go to the COM Addins doalog and add each of the EAS client dlls I could find, but I got error messages saying that they weren't actual outlook addins. Can you tell me specifically what you did?

comment Can't log into a SharePoint site unless running the browser on the SharePoint server
I don't see how those are necessarily relevant. They seem to be trying to address either the double-hop problem or simple elevation of privileges to accomplish an action that the logged-in user would not otherwise be able to perform. In my case, on my test server, I can't even get to the point where those tools would be useful. Am I misunderstanding your suggestion?

Thanks for the response, but I am not sure exactly what you mean. The web.config for the IIS virtual root has <identity impersonate="true" />. The timestamp on this file is 4 months ago, though, and I am sure it behaved differently at that time. What exactly should I be looking for with respect to the impersonation settings?

Blah... the Free IP Switcher product looked to fit the bill, but it refuses to run on Vista. Do you have any similar vista-friendly suggestions?

Oh, I'm really ignorant of the options, which is really why I'm here! anything to simplify this would be a valid option.

Thanks for the suggestion. This is a large institution with a very fragmented IT infrastructure, so it's often hard to get the "correct" solution to work out!
