I'm a software developer and hobby geek. At stackoverflow I enjoy helping others and learning new ways of mastering programming.

I don't have a favourite language but I'm fluent in:

  • Ruby
  • PHP(5.3)
  • C#/VB.NET
  • Java
  • HTML(5)/CSS(3)

I do know some basics or have deeper knowledge of:

  • C/C++
  • Bash
  • Perl

At work I'm usually doing C#/VB.NET + MSSQL development and in private project I mostly use some mixture of PHP/Ruby + PostgreSQL/MongoDB/MySQL. I'm tutoring Java + OOP at university.

I've used a lot of frameworks in projects (jQuery, ExtJS, Zend, Rails, CakePHP, ..). I enjoy solving new problems.

You can find me on Github and contact me there if you require assistance or want to hire me :)

Piwik has a log-importer with which you can import log files from almost any webserver and analyze the data later.

comment How Hard It Is to Backup a Website Completely?
Database replication helps a lot. Using that technique you have a synced database on several servers. Dumping the database to SQL can be done with small databases, but it would definetely kill an SQL server when restoring a database that huge (refering to stackoverflow)

Did you check the usernames / email-addresses? Do they seem to be correct or from spam bots? Maybe it's your registration form that been abused by spam bots..
