comment How to modify user data on Exchange
If it's actually AD-centric/Non-Exhcnage-centric information that you want to change, then you can just access AD directly, as long as you're on that domain. As-si you question doesnt' really reflect what you seem to actually want to edit, I'd suggest editing and rewording/updating it to be about exactly what you want to accomplish. All this talk of "Exchange via EWS" is a bit of a red herring, and doesn't provide enough info. If this is actually a "How do I access AD info via Java" then it's probably better off being migrated over to StackOverflow.com.

If you mean the GAL (Global Contact List), its just that, Global; it doesn't belong to any one user. Have you successfully managed to log in as yourself and grab a different users' contacts yet? I think you need to define your exact goal a little better for us to be able to help you, as "employee's information" is very vague. Exactly which employee information are you trying to update?

EWS is the way to go, but your goal is a little muddy. In general, just specify a different Identity in your EWS commands to change which user you're targeting. But, how exactly are you accessing EWS? What have you tried so far?

How are people requesting/receiving the files? Are they just HTTP requests for the files directly?

comment Graphics cards in a 1U server?
The odds are a 1U server won't even have an expansion slot. Things are VERY tight to fit in that space, as expandability is not something considered in most 1U or 2U rack servers. Really though, this is a Product/Shopping request, which are considered off-topic.

The close votes are voting to migrate it to ServerFault.com where you may have better luck.

comment Windows Server 2012 - Storage pools with different disk size
You can hit the 'flag' link under your question, and pick "other - Needs mod attention" and then as a reason type in that you'd like it moved to Serverfault. Or wait until 5 people vote for it to be moved. :)

Any solution? I don't know the answer to that. Perhaps someone else does. :) We've voted to move this to ServerFault.com as I think you'll have a better shot at gettin a more definitive answer.

The VHD structure didn't change in 2012 from 2008 AFAIK.

If the machine on a domain? Perhaps domain policies are overriding your local policies. What does the "Origin" column in RSOP.msc state for that specific policy?
