comment Unable to find a file by content
Ack also comes in a handy standalone version that doesn't need anything. Download one single file and run it.

comment Is there an easy way to insert data/time in front of a log file with just shell scripting?
Better Perl would be to not even have a regex. $_ = localtime() . ' ' . $_.

comment Network Question
Your images will look better if you save them as PNG instead of JPEG. JPEG's compression algorithms make anything other than photographs look smeary. Line drawings, diagrams and cartoons, and images with large flat areas of color are especially susceptible.

comment eAccelerator ignore my new setting?
I think that you do NOT want it to be writable by everyone. That's a security hole because that code gets executed, and you're letting anyone write to the files that are getting executed.

comment How to block Baidu from indexing MP3 files?
To be clear, when you say "Prevent indexing of your MP3 files" you're really saying "Ask agents to not index your MP3 files." You're not preventing anything with your robots.txt, any more than putting a "keep off of the grass" sign in the front of your house prevents people from walking on your lawn.

comment Get Safari to use different autocompletion on different URLs on same hostname
This sounds like a Superuser.com question. The behavior you're discussing is entirely client-side, not server-side.
