Negative. To them, we are just another site (like Google, Bing) so they typically see an issue with our site, then test those sites to 'make sure' its not their internet connection that is down, then they pull the fire alarm.

Awesome answer. Your first few sentences helped wrap my mind around what was happening. I think our DebugDiag memory dump confirmed fragmentation, so we're investigating if we can slow that down on those heaps!
