comment Mexico merchant payment processor
1) Mexico is the size of the entire western United States. 2) Time wise, this site will be making use of the gateway for years to come. 3) An international payment processor is very valuable to many developers & sys. admins in many countries were this is a problem. These are trivial and incorrect excuses to close this question. Please reopen.

comment How can I do daily backups for my VisualSVN Repos?
It may be "a bunch of files" but those files are interdependent and cannot be copied instantaneously. Which could cause a "faulty backup". See my answer for the SVN documented solution.

Thanks, this solved my problem. I cut the website size in half. I ended up using httrack.com.

comment (200 ok) ACCEPTED - Is this a hacking attempt?
All different IPs. I can see the form & query string values they enter but I have not done any packet capturing. Thanks for the suggestion.

@John, I did ask a serious question with accurate information. I'd like to know what this hack, if it is a hack, is trying to exploit. You must have missed my attempt at humor directed at you questioning the IIS version I'm running.
