@Chris - No argument with you whatsoever - but EmmyS seems to strongly prefer a GUI and, until EmmyS is comfortable with the GUI, I doubt cron will come into play.

@Mikey1980 - "Any idea if DNSBL or RBL are enabled by deafult?" Sorry, couldn't say - best to inquire directly with the provider in any case because there is a possibility they apply their own configuration.

... then your best bet would be to push all mail services through Google Apps or use another third-party service to mitigate spam if your client's hosting provider is not willing to tinker with SpamAssassin's configuration.

Well all of this is said and done, please do the internet a favor and e-mail the abuse contact for opendns.com to let them know that one of their clients is abusing your service to spamvertize the reputationdefender.com and lead411.com domains.
