Kenny, the log includes the time taken to execute the request... therefore, the request must be complete before that information is available for logging.

Have you tried enabling Failed Request Tracing? You can set it to trace requests that exceed a certain time to execute. Additionally, you could enable ASP.NET tracing once you narrow it down to a single page.

Can you elaborate further on "blocked my ip"? Were your connections explicitly blocked / refused... or did you get an "invalid username / password" type message... wondering if you hit a password lockout policy.
