I'm just a simple IT guy, who does a bit of programming on the side.

I rarely down-score an answer unless it's really bad. I do however comment on answers with negative scores. Try to improve, we're all here to learn.
I'm a Myers-Briggs INTJ and DISC C/D. They both mean I'm a highly analytical person with a moderate degree of self-confidence. I value Quality highly and at times I can be a purist. I'm easily annoyed by laziness, doing a half-a## job (set sail for fail). There's a time for doing things right, it's the first time.
