I'm a pretty easy going kind of guy who tells it like it is. I agree 100% with the line Bring your sense of humor in the FAQ [even though they spelt it wrong :)]. Everyone works better with a smile on their face.

I've been a Windows server admin for a few years now and seen some pretty weird and wonderful problems, with some even more "creative" solutions to them. I've got a basic handle on Linux, and hopefully time will allow me to expand in that area.

I've been working with PHP & MySQL for a rather long time too, and I've built a complete IT asset management system including a helpdesk from scratch for the company I currently work for. Recently started playing with C#, but still a bit rusty there.
