It's not the server's fault, it's yours.

comment Weird PHP upload behaviour
Try uploading smaller files, as small as possible. eg. will 1kb upload? If it will, determine the size that breaks it by uploading something half way between that and your current failing files, then split the difference in half again.

comment how to forward IP request to a specific port
if ts.domain2.tld points to the same IP address as ts.domain1.tld, it won't work.

Don't use hostnames, use IP addresses. If you have three domains on that server but only one IP, as far as IPTables is concerned you only have one "domain". If you can't redirect :25565 for that IP you can't use this method. I'm not sure what -d ts.domain.tld is supposed to be - try just copying my rules as they are and replacing ports and IP addresses only.

You won't because iptables --list doesn't show the nat table by default. Try iptables -t nat --list

See my "it's not recommended" in the above comment. My comment was only in response to "it may not even be possible", which it is. I've given OP a solution which doesn't depend on hostname lookups.

IPTables can do hostname lookups but it only resolves them when the rules are loaded. It's not recommended. I think IP is fine in this instance though.
