comment “debug1: read_passphrase: can't open /dev/tty: No such device or address” when trying to connect through SSH
mu /dev/tty was strangely with the "crw-------" rights. Changing to crw-rw-rw- fixed the thing. This is the first time I had to do that in my ubuntu installations. Why were the rights not the good ones ?

I do not have monitoring as until now there was not much running on this machine, but I'll install a couple of those, thanks.

Sorry, typo I'll update my post. Obviously I updated it several months ago. I just meant the hardware is running since 2 years. Sorry for this.

comment check several user agent in nginx
ok, thanks. In the case of the multiple "if" I used at the beginning, can several be executed or as soon as a rewrite is done the process ends ?

comment check several user agent in nginx
The user agent for Android contains both 'Android' and 'Mozilla'. Will both checks be done or does the process exit just after the first rewrite ?

comment VirtualBox problem: cannot take snapshot
hello, sorry for my late reply. No, this was not linked to the permission. In fact, I think this was linked to the drive still attached to the VM when I did the snapshot.

Thanks. Well, I'd rather use the latest stable version (for both passenger and nginx). Thanks a lot to both of you guys. Luc

comment Cannot install passenger with Nginx
I had a closer look in the code that produces this error and saw there is a check on nginx version. If version is strictly lower than 8038 then "zero_in_uri" is checked. I moved to the last development version 8.0.40 and will make some more tests. Hopefully, the next stable version will not produce this error.
