comment “The wait operation timed out” when running SQL Server in Hyper-V
Changing AutoClose didn't work, it's probably not the databases that slows down. The issue is most likely related to the Hyper-V & SQL Server Combination.

comment Problems installing LYNC on non-domain controler
It is for testing and development. Im setting up a local environment since it would be to risky to develop with the production environment.

Hi! (and thanks) I use virtual hosts already, do you have any tips for software that can pull from other servers?

comment Set up a “relay” service
Alrighty, I'll try with a vnc example. Let's say the middle-server has ip 192.168.1.2. I need to create a socket on the server that my vnc-server on the left side can connect to. Like 'winvnc.exe -connect 192.168.1.2:5500'. The right side should then be able to connect with a ordinary vnc-client to the middle-server, and thus connecting the left and right side. The vnc is only an example! :)
