Thanks seems to work fine. I will accept this as the answer although I would still love to know if anyone else has come across this (msg for future readers!)

Hey, yea I've heard of screen but I'll give tmux a go. I don't have a unstable ssh connecter per-say, it's just my ISP seems to do something every night at exactly 1am. It doesn't seem to matter what SSH is connected, it will d/c at that time!

Would you suggest uninstalling my current version of mono first?

Looks like it doesn't exist on the squeeze backports right now :(

comment EC2 Windows 2008 VM import Not Working
You say at #6 you created an import of your ovf file. There is no ovf format supported by the API tools so how did you do this?

comment Setting up trac with PostgreSQL - How to set encoding to UTF8?
Thanks. I had to run pg_dropcluster first before running initdb.

comment Setting up trac with PostgreSQL - How to set encoding to UTF8?
I used apt-get install to install PostgreSQL so I never initialised any clusters myself. It wont let me run init.db because I get permission deined. If I try as root it also refuses.

comment Running python script as a daemon in debian
I ran update-rc.d mylistener defaults to set it up, however when I run update-rc.d mylistener start I get and error along the lines of: update-rc.d: error: expected NN after start. I was then running it as suggested in a comment above like: /etc/init.d/mylistener start however this is not something that comes on automatically on reboot (something our server does occasionally on a script).
