And then you just ignore them? Do you somehow mask them? I get warning mails every week about having critical errors logged, which I want to, but those that are currently arise are "benign critial errors"

comment Exchange migration: ExchangeTransport warnings after uninstalling source server
Hi! Unfourtunatly, no, not until now. That article seems to detail how the uninstallation should have been performed. I did the uninstallation as per the instructions in the article I linked to in the question, which either is missing a step, or I failed to follow correctly. The source server is uninstalled and decommissioned, so I can't really "try again".

comment Remove all files not working with “*”
For the same reason, if you use that solution, you might want to make that ls -A | xargs rm -rf (captial A is "all files, except '.' and '..').

Advice: Do NOT try rm -rf .*. Depending on your config, this may match "..", ie upwards in the directory structure.

comment Sharepoint 2010 critical event 6398
There was indeed still a permissions issue on the logs directory. I didn't understand from the message which directory was wrongly setup however, so thank you!

comment SBS: Testing upgrade with trial versions?
Thanks! I'll have to try to get the company to shell out the money for a TechNet subscription then I guess :) Unless... I do have a 2003 standard trial cd lying about - are that sort of upgrades possible?

comment Cannot replace broken drive in software mirroring
Getting a 2 TB disk instead of a 1 TB one because of this seems silly. Seems to be simpler to just copy the "larger" disk to the smaller one and then do the mirroring in that direction?
