comment Must a disk be formatted everytime it is removed and reinserted into a raid5 server?
RAID 5 with 4TB drives? Eesh. Personally I'd prefer a RAID10 here. Have a look at this question to get an overview of different RAID types and their pros/cons.

You want to assign the IP of the host machine to the guest?

comment What are 19mm high 3.5" hard disks called?
I have two microservers and as they use the (very cheap and plasticy) HP drive trays I added extra disks to my machines without issues. I didn't actually look at the disk provided with the machine and compare it to those I put in.

comment what is the best way to keep updated more than 75 windows servers?
Wait. Why are your logging onto the machines? Approved updates should get pushed to machines automatically.

Oh also if you launched a DDoS from your network your ISP would (or should) shut you down.

comment DDoS Attacks & Convictions
From your network? Next to nothing. Even if you had a local network of several hundred machines the result would probably not be noticeable. The first D of DDoS is distributed. You need a lot of machines to hit a server (unless the server is hugely underspecced.). Do you need to DDoS it? Can't you benchmark the server?

comment Guide to choose which is the best for VM - microsoft or vmware
As you want to run Microsoft Packages, I'd say Hyper-V. If you had Linux software VMWare would likely be slightly better. The question is, how much do you have to spend?

Have a quick read of en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Virtual_hosting and see if that clears your issue up a bit.

The name of the IIS feature escapes me at the moment, but don't you need something like an .htaccess to define virtual sites?

comment Hyper-V on one machine
Personally, I'd install Hyper-V and then Server 2012 in one VM and Wheezy in another. Hyper-V handling of Linux is not as good as VMWare, however.
