comment Need to know how IPv6 was disabled
Some combination of net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1 net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1 net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6 = 1 presumably.

comment Why does /proc/cpuinfo show contradicting processor speeds?
The "cpu MHz" is the effective clock rate of the core's time stamp counter, in current generation processors this is independent of the CPU running speed in order to permit reasonable time calculations. The great question is why they are not all the same on the shown host.

comment Can these IPv4 and IPv6 firewall rules be hardened any further?
Of note: RH0 processing is disabled in Linux 2.6.20.9 but other systems behind your firewall which receive routed packets may still be affected.

comment How do you get permanent IP for your DNS server?
There are some more significant issues to address such as only having one server on one network, that's not a very reliable service to offer clients.

comment Reboot VPS by reaching memory limit
No virtual memory and no caching? It's a bit odd to defeat what Linux sets out to do by utilising all available memory.

comment Do you run antivirus in mail server?
@HopelessN00b that's what a firewall is for, limit the source IP to the mail server.

comment Do you run antivirus in mail server?
@HopelessN00b that is illogical, you have a firewall in front of the mail server that only permits forwarding to your anti-virus SMTP relay.
